Ma Jianzhong, male, Han nationality, started work in August 1976, graduated from the Medical Department of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is an on-the-job postgraduate of the Central Party School. He used to be the secretary and dean of the party committee of Xinxiang Medical College, the director and secretary of the party group of the Henan Provincial Health Department, and a member and deputy director of the party group of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is currently a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies.
